Refund/Return Policy

All refunds/returns/exchanges on all of my handmade or custom items will be considered case by case. I work hard to create special, high vibe, amazing pieces for my customers and want nothing but for you all to be more than satisfied with your purchase.

Refunds, returns and exchanges will considered based on complaint. If your purchase doesn't meet or exceed your expectations, please send me a written explanation for consideration. BUYER MUST BE AWARE OF WHAT THE ITEM IS THAT THEY PURCHASED AND IF THE ITEM MATCHES THE DESCRIPTION, THE SELLER IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR A REFUND OR EXCHANGE.

If you aren't absolutely in love with your item, any comments, concerns or complaints should be sent to beeclecticgoodes@gmail.com I can't guarantee a resolution but customer satisfaction means alot to me so I will do my best! 

Custom Orders

One of my absolute favorite things to do since beginning this journey is creating custom, one of a kind pieces for my customers. If you're interested in requesting a custom made item, contact me at beeclecticgoodes@gmail.com and we you can share your ideas with me.

Important note, when I make custom items it takes extra time. Depending on the item the turn around time can range from 1 week up to 6 weeks. I will keep you informed. Please allow extra time on production and delivery of custom orders.
