CUSTOM ORDERS

One of my absolute favorite things to do since beginning this journey is creating custom, one of a kind pieces for my customers. If you're interested in requesting a custom made item, contact me at beeclecticgoodes@gmail.com and we you can share your ideas with me.

Important note, when I make custom items, it takes extra time. Depending on the item, the turn around time can range from 1 week up to 6 weeks. I will keep you informed n the progress of your special item. Please allow extra time on production and delivery of custom orders. I will inform you when the item is complete and has been shipped.

REGULAR ORDERS

Once I receive your order, I will have it packed and ready for it's/ their new home in 3-5 days or less. If you require expedited shipping or have any special requests, please email me! beeclecticgoodes@gmail.com

Insurance is available (at an extra cost) and I will provide tracking. If you have not received your item but it shows as delivered in the tracking update, you will need to file a claim. IT IS THE BUYER'S RESPONSIBILITY TO WATCH THE TRACKING AND VERIFY DELIVERY.
